Head of DXC Digital Minds, Insurance, DXC Technology

Caroline has spent her career working within the Specialty Lines insurance market; initially as a Business Consultant in the early 90s, working on programmes to implement software and change programmes for re(insurers) at Lloyd’s and across the globe, before joining international (Re)Insurer, Markel.

She moved to DXC 6 years ago, and as part of the DXC London Market senior leadership team, and Head of DXC’s Digital Minds, focusses on assessing and applying the benefits of emerging technologies to help London Market brokers and insurers transition to a digital environment. 

Caroline’s specific interest is evaluating where B2C innovations can have application crossover into the B2C market and helping the London Market move to a digital platform.
